LEAP Grant Online Institution Application

 

This application is for authorized financial aid officers of participating LEAP Institutions. Students must apply through their respective their financial aid office.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Click on the show button at the top of the screen to start a popup calculator that you may use to verify your grant request.  Cost of Education must be equal or greater than the sum of Estimated Family Contribution and Total Financial Aid (including LEAP and PFAP grants).  The link at the top right hand corner has more instructions on the financial calculations

After submitting data, a confirmation page will appear on screen.  Click the print button of your browser.  Make sure that you have a printed copy before you continue with entering more data.  You can only print the confirmation page while it is on screen.  You will need to send a signed copy of the confirmation page to the LEAP Program Manager.  Send an email to notify the LEAP Program Manager that you submitted applications .
